Welcome to the LCE blog!

Now that our successful Kickstarter campaign is over and we’re hard at work making LCE go, Dan and Chris, our IT gods, suggested that we start blogging about our progress and funnel it through the website (as opposed to Kickstarter).

So! That’s what we’re doing. Welcome to the first entry. This one may not be super-informative, but I will say that we met again with The Gods of IT this morning, and things are shaping up! Cinda spent time this weekend researching ideas for a LCE kitchen in which we will shoot videos for the recipes and menus (it’s gonna be so neat!), John and I are going to start shaping up menu ideas for the magazine today. And of course, there are Kickstarter backer awards to order, a redesign of the LCE website to do, and a photo shoot for AE Dairy on the calendar this week (which has nothing to do with LCE but Main Dish Media work must go on!). So stay tuned here for more detailed information about how this ship is sailing. We are SO excited! And are trying not to get too overwhelmed…
